In case you missed it, the Toronto Raptors won their first NBA title two nights ago (June 13). Although Drake isn't a part-owner of the Raptors, just a proud Torontonian, in celebration of the historic win, Drake has dropped two new songs.

There isn't much that indicates that a Scorpion follow-up is imminent, but this dual release is reminiscent of Scary Hours. Scary Hours produced the single most on demand streamed song in history, "God's Plan" and another top ten hit in "Diplomatic Immunity." This new two-pack, entitled The Best In The World Pack, consists of "Omertà" and "Money In The Grave (feat. Rick Ross)."

On "Omertà" a pithy stream-of-consciousness track in the vein of "4PM in Calabasas" or "9AM in Dallas," Drake reflects on his time on top of the rap game ("The rise to the top of this mountain has been biblical") and throws a sub at Pusha T in the process ("Last year, niggas got hot 'cause they told on me"). The song is fine; it's not the strongest of Drake's loosies, but it isn't bad by any means.

"Money In The Grave" is the "God's Plan" of The Best In The World Pack. The production is catchy and Rozay and Drizzy trade verses about how their influence and impact will outlive them. This probably isn't even in Drake's top 50 songs, but it's passable. Neither of these tracks are official radio singles, so they A) aren't on the level of a "Nice for What" and B) aren't to be overly scrutinized. Nevertheless, both songs, at the very least "Money In The Grave," should be solid playlist filler.
